This is a 50 year old patient who underwent a Breast Augmentation with another physician in Miami. She came in to see Dr. Baker to discuss improving her results to obtain her original goals. She was unhappy with the size and placement of her nipples and lack of cleavage. Dr. Baker used her original peri-areolar incisions to perform an Implant Exchange and capsule work to improve the shape of her breasts. He replaced her implants with 275cc Smooth Round Moderate Gel Implants placed beneath the muscle. In conjunction to her Breast Implant Exchange, the patient also had a Nipple Reduction.
