This is a 39 year old female patient who was complaining of the appearance of her breasts: emptiness, asymmetry and droopiness. She desired cosmetic surgery in Miami to restore her breasts. Originally a 34B, she underwent a Unilateral Mastopexy Augmentation on the left breast with a vertical incision. He used 270cc Smooth Round Moderate Profile Saline Implants. On the right breast, he performed an Augmentation using 325cc of Smooth Round Moderate Profile Saline Implants.
