This is a 45 year old patient who was seeking a Miami Plastic Surgeon. She was unhappy with the result of her Breast Augmentation previously done by another physician. She did not like the size or shape of her breasts. Dr. Baker performed an Implant Exchange through the original inframammary fold incision. He used 225cc of Gel Filled Implants, keeping the implants underneath the muscle but increasing the size and cleavage.
